Karma spends most her time in the hot hide is it cool to put moss in the hot hide or just keep it to the cold hide

Most corns do fine without moss, so it may be worth just leaving her to do her thing, and then if she does have a bad shed you can put it in to help her get it off and then next time you know that she needs it.

All of mine shed fine without moss, i just leave them to it.

i have never had to use moss,i just move the waterbowl to the warm end once their eyes clear and they always shed in 1 piece.
