| Where is the best place on the heat mat to place the sensor probe and thermometer? I have mine on the edge of the microclimate mat (on the black where there is heat). Is that ok to get an accurate reading as i put the thermometer to the middle and it was slightly higher. I hear u can't put it in the middle as the snake will go in the middle and it can affect the reading. I am using my hide to weigh down the probes so i thought where i positioned it was fine to weigh it down. |
