Anyone going to it? I maybe next weekend!

Living on the flightpath to the airfield, so we can all see all the jets and stuff practising, already had about 4 lynx helicopters, two F-16's and the new jet theyr'e going to be displaying this year!

My Dad works in the business park there, so we get passes to sit on the car park roof of his office, and get a fair view!

I wont be going but my godson will definitely be there. He is only 6yrs old and crazy about planes....he can already identify so many of the different types of aircraft from old World War aircraft through to the modern jets. Unfortunately he was at the Shoreham Airshow in 2007 when a pilot was killed when the Hawker Hurricane he was flying failed to pull out of a dive during a mock dogfight. He can still describe what he saw now and he was only 3 at the time. The funny thing is he absolutely loves the F-15s but cant stand the noise they make, so lands up burying his head under piles of clothing so he misses seeing them!

Maybe I will try and go with him one year....

Have fun Hillzi !!
