i have to do some volunterring work for my duke of edinburgh award so i called up my local reptile shop and they said they will be more than happy to let me work there   |
my aunties, bestfriends, hairdressers, friends boyfriend had a snake and it stretched out to measure him to eat him......true story.....

That is fantastic news Alex. Well done for doing D of E (looks great on your CV and you do have some fun) and the fact that you can do some volunteer work in a place that you love and where you can learn more about reptiles is a definite bonus.
You will have to let us know how it goes and what the shop is like....hopefully it is a good reptile place  rather than one of 'those' shops that so many of us have had experience of  ....then it may be you teaching them a thing or two  !

| well done.... u never know they may keep you on to help out once its finished.... i did my D.O.E in a vet surgery and ended up there for over a year x |

nice one mate!!hope you enjoy it!and like emma louise said they may even keep you on.I did work experience at a boarding kennels and got a weekend job at the end of it.

| yeah it is a good reptile shop :) its next door to linton zoo XD i called them up and they said yeah sure when you next come to pick up food we can have a chat about it :) |
