Hi there, Ive only got cecil whose an amel, but I love snow's and would love to start breeding the two morphs when I'm a bit more experienced,( what morphs would they create MM?)
amel x anery = snow, but only in the F2 offspring. Each parent must carry one of each recessive trait to produce snow. So one copy of amel & one copy of anery each. A snow is a double recessive morph. Amel pairs with amel & anery pairs with anery to allow it to be expressed visually. Other wise if only one copy is passed to the F1 offspring or is carried (visually) by one parent then any offspring will only be het for the recessive trait. Unless you cross amel to amel.
if you wanted to cross your amel to a snake that is expressing any recessive traits other than amel you will get normals het for those recessive traits.
