hi all i have had fi fi for about two months the shop owner said she was about four months old when i got her, she shed her skin which we measured at 21 inches, i have only been feeding her one pinky every 7 days like they told me but when should she be having more, im worried that she is not eating enough or should i feed her twice in a week please help
Hi, I have a 4 month old Corn snake who I have fed one pinky every 5 days. He takes the food staright away, no problem. I would have thought at 6 months 2 pinkys would be OK about weekly. I have read that 2 pinkies may be better than 1 fluff initially.
If fi fi is only 6 months then what you are feeding her should be fine for the moment. In general they eat less frequently when they get older, so you could try moving her up to the next mouse size and still keeping it at a week.
