York Reptile night 
I believe this is a monthly event and it's tonight. I've never been before but thought I'd make the effort to go tonight and be sociable (and take along this grossly overweight Amel I've just bought  ) is anyone interested in going for a nosey?
I think it's run by the lady my 'not-quite-sister-in-law' got her little amel hatchling from. She spent loads of time showing us some of her very impressive collection of snakes including letting me hold her huge Dumeril's Boa 
It starts at 6pm, children and reptiles all welcome, and it's held at a pub called The Locomotive, 4 Watson Street, York, YO24 4BH. |

Aww id have loved this and so would Marc and Shannon!!
But our Motor is playing silly bugger at the moment so best pass this time!! Have a good un though |

I didn't get there till late (9pm ish) but still had a lovely 3/4hour  which took my mind completely off the doom and gloom that was today. It was a bit of a quiet night by their standards but 11 baby boas, a huge bull snake and another I forget (sorry, I know his name is Benny!) It's really easy to find (if you ignore the way multimap triess to send you) and it's on every 1st Sunday of the month so I'll be going back in August if anyone fancies a social. Will post a reminder before the next one, hopefully I'll remember!!! |

| Sounds good, id be interested. I live about 30-45 mins away from York so if im at home (currently at my uni flat in Notts) then ill try get down. |
