I have just found a few logs for my viv for my leos and was wondering how do i actually bake it?
I'm sure there was something on here before but can't find it

set the oven to 180 degrees, brush on egg whites, add rosemary & thyme, then incinerate for 6 hours or until your smoke alarm goes off. Remove from oven & garnish with parsley. Finish off with a glass of red wine.

Soak in disinfectant overnight, rinse thoroughly and then dry in the sun or on a radiator or in an over at about 100C.

I agree with blackecho, I keep finding things (logs, slate, etc) in the countryside that I think will look nice in a viv so I soak it for 24hours then let it dry naturally. Anything like wood/branches I put in the airing cupboard overnight too for good measure!

cornsnakes, ratsnakes, bullsnakes, boas and day geckos
