The little anery hatchling went to his new home last night *sniffs* I kinda miss the little guy/gal already. He was my first hatchling and was so sweet, if I'd kept it I'd have called it Pozzy as it had a perfect grey plus sign on his head. . . .

He looks great, shame he had to go. How many other hatchlings have you got?

He was gorgeous looking! Bet his new owner is very pleased with that purchase.

Giving away the hatchlings is what is worrying me about our breeding plans for next year. I think I'll want to keep them all and then end up with an house full

Yeah it was hard, especially as he's the only survivor of the 2 that hatched, still got 3 eggs cooking but don't hold out much hope. He's gone to people I know and they've already texted me to say he's ok and fed today which is really nice of them. They can contact me anytime if they have any concerns and I've pointed them in the direction of this forum so we might see photos of him on here as he grows up???

i'm sure it would have been even harder to just flog them to the local pet/rep shop, you don't know who's going to buy them then, I'll have to toughen up for next year!

Awwww, bless, I'm so glad you found this forum :-) You can really see the '+' on his/her little head really well on your pics, your camera must be way better than mine cos they're better pics than I've ever taken..... or maybe my problem is just user error??

when s/he grows up I should be able to sex him/her for you if you like. I've no experience popping or probing so it will be an educated guess based on its tail!
