just thinking if i were to get another snake, could go for a mexi black. i see a few peeps on here have them and thought the`re quite nice. obviously i`ve had a browse through the care sheet on the king forum and it looks a similar set-up to corns.

would this be a good idea? considering ive only had my oldest since january, so i wouldn`t exactly consider myself experienced.

they are a joy to keep... mine is a voracious feeder and the blackness is beautiful... some say they look sketchy, I say they look noble... get one ASAP! and then join thekingsnake.co.uk
They are snakes for the beginner much like corns btw...

I love the look of mexi blacks - they look absolutely gorgeous!
I've heard that some can be a bit bitey? Or is that just a simple rumour?
If I was to get a royal, a mexi black would definitely be on one of my maybe lists!
:D

reading a couple of posts on the king forum and saw this:
http://www.thekingsnake.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=470

just wanted to say that i use strips of felt between my glass doors, which came in a pack of wood floor anti-scratch stuff you put on the bottom of the funiture. its just the right size to still allow the glass to slide, was a little stiff at first but easier now, so if anyone wants to add that to the thread above....

and WOLFSPIRIT there is now a thread for you in general chat. look at it.
