After Alice ate her 1st meal for me last Saturday, she had yet to defecate. So, I put a couple of inches of water in the bath at 25ºC and put her in........
And right on cue, almost as soon as she touched the water..... tail up and well, you know the rest!!
Saved me cleaning the mess out of the viv. Might bath her 5 or 6 days after every meal in future, much easier!
I might bathe baby just before a feed also, although it was 3 weeks before I put it in the bath and had its poo last time. If it continues and wont seem to do it without the bath I might have to go to the vets.
