I've just bought some second hand plants for my viv.
I know they were previously in a viv but that is all I could find out.
I want to disinfect them before I put them in as I don't want to import any possible disease.
What is the best way to go about this and what is best to use.
Thanks.

I've always used kitchen disinfectant and then rinsed the plants throughly in warm water afterwards. Its worked for me but smeone might come along wth a better option.

I use a 10% bleach/ 90% water solution then rince it well. Milton is pretty good too, very safe and pretty low odour.

My disinfectant; "Cascade Reptile Disinfectant". Says incredibly safe, so didn't try rinsing them. Might be worth a go next month.

I squirt every "leaf" on back and front wherever there has been poostains and every part of the "stems" said rest on previous post.
