Marmite was last seen yesterday morning, the tank hasn't been touched but was nowhere to be found this morning with no signs of an exit!!
Arg!
My house is huge, I'm on the 3rd floor surrounded by attic which leads straight into floor boards and plenty of vents to the outside, going to lay down some mini habitats with heat matts and food but don't fancy my odds...
Can only assume they would seek out somewhere warm and quiet? |

Thanks, fingers crossed, just set up my first mini habitat, borrowing as many heat mats as I can from mates! Going to leave a digi cam on time lapse should he come to this trap!
Anyone have any idea how long its safe to leave a pinkie out for?

Until it starts to smell really bad, so about 24 hours.
Have you put some bottle traps down? |

Sad to hear hes missing, brain the pinkies you leave out and he might smell them easier so will come to one of your traps. Also you could put a ring of flour around your little habitats so you can see which he has visited so you can get a better idea of where he might be. Chance are he will have found somewhere warm and quiet already and wont move too far from that spot. Best of luck finding him.

Seems luck was on my side, turned up without there being any food out, hadn't got far into the attic! Going to be eating lots of pinkies instead of fluffs for a while as punishment for running away!! lol
Hope yours shows up soon Sarah..! |
