Welcome to the forum, shes a very pretty one. If you look under the photo you uploaded in your photobucket album there is a IMG code if you post that up instead of a link it will show the pics in this thread, your way is fine to but it saves people having to click links :)

Hi, welcome to the forum.
She's beautiful girl!
As for a name - wow, there's a world of opportunities! Amber is a nice name for a orange/yellow, Sienna is the same but a bit fancier, Cam is Vietnamese for orange and Alani is orange tree in Hawaiian. Tanith or Tanit is Phoenician for serpent lady... I could go on lol!!
Our poor snake is stuck with the rather unglam moniker 'Spud' which my daughter gave him When I get my next baby I'll think of something much better |

Very nice snake, head markings remind me of a 3 leaf clover, so how about 'Clover' as a name.
I'm still waiting to see what my daughter comes up with for our new snake. She's a peachy orange colour and last night she suggested 'Ginga' which I flatly refused,
Oh and welcome to the forums........

regarding food size, the prey item shouldn't be more than 1.5 times the width of the snake's body at its widest part. so really ignore the size of your snake's head and go by body thickness/width instead. they might struggle a bit the first time on something bigger but they soon get the knack of getting it down. |

sorry, forgot to mention about comaring the girth of the snake to prey size, but i would of thought 3 pinkys are easily the same size if not bigger than a fuzzy |
