Hey guys a quick question about Noodle and his Toilet 'Problem' Its currently been almost 2weeks since hes been to the loo. Now hes still eating ok and i phoned my local reptile shop and the guy said if he . hasnt been yet dont worry about it. Now down by his 'bum' it looks abit thick and squidgy. and no matter what i do i can NOT get him to stay in his hide. He insists on staying in his water bowl so the only thing i can think is he isnt getting the right heat to digest properly and i dont want him to end up gettin stomach rot. Any suggestions?

yeah try a nice warm bath, don't do it hot tho, it works with my bearded dragon, he will only go in the bath lol. If you don't already have one then buy a digital probe thermometer & also a thermostat(if you don't already have one).

don't know what the conversion is (i've gone digital and mine only has *C now) but i'm pretty sure that's a bit chilly for the cold end at 84*F!! should be 29-30*C

Never mind he went tonight, only thing i didnt work out is he went in his hide, which is unusual for Noodle he always comes out and he has his little corner to poop lol well 84-89o F is actually 28-30oC on warm side, i dont know the cool side but the warm side is about 29oC ive never had this problem before so im presuming its ok, the reptile shop says as long as the hot side is that temp, with the central heating on and stuff the cool side you can just leave it to room temp with heating etc etc.. Plus hes gettin cramped in his baby faun i got him in, been there for 6months now so time to upgrade!
