my corn snake always seems to be freezing when i take him out he is about to shed and is usually in the moss box but i am worried how cold he is any ideas?
Just leave her to do her thing till she sheds, she will move between the heat the moss box and the cooler side as she needs to. It might just be that when you get her out she was in the moss or cooling down. Check your temperatures under the hide on the warm side, it should be 30*C but if you have an on/off thermostat it can drop to around 24*C before it goes back up to 30*C.
