Hi all,
I’ve just found this forum but have had a corn snake since 1999.
She’s a female (I think, I’ve never had her sexed properly), natural coloured and the last skin was 5ft 11”. Her temperament is really placid and although she doesn’t like a lot of contact, when she does come out she loves to explore or sometimes just chill out and watch TV. Ok she might not be watching it but she stares in its general direction…
I’m looking forward to searching through the posts and picking up other ideas as although I have a very helpful shop nearby I’ve never come across any other herpetologists.
Craig.

Hello Cal- it's good to have another Barnsley person on board. That means we might out number the Rotherhamers soon |

Lewy - I live in Wombwell but work in Sheffield, close to Attercliffe. The shop is in Attercliffe, I think its called Sheffield Exotics - its the one close to the Northern Power Tools end of Attercliffe.
There is a shop in Wath though but I haven't had chance to get down there yet. |

Oh no- not another Wombweller! It's a small world
That one in Wath is not bad, but I like the Snake shop in Attercliffe. He seems to give out good advice. |

He's always seemed to give me good advice, for example when I first started he wouldn't sell me a big viv until the snake was large enough to feel comfortable in it. Plus everytime I go I can go and see the Cayman, not many shops have them for security...
I take it there's a fair number of people from Barnsley / Rotherham on here then? |

Yep, but we don't like the Rotherhamers. We are at war. The Sheffielders are in the middle of a raging battle |
