Okay probably going to flame me for saying this but..

I've never bathed my snake before, although recently he's been in his waterbowl.

So how would I bath him? I know you don't use shower gel or anything but how warm is the water meant to be?

Never assume this, it will never happen on this forum.

You dont have to bath your snakes, I dont do it unless its needed. If you do choose to do it, have the water at about 27*C. It doesnt have to be exact but I like to measure it with a digital thermometer.

Also you want the water to be as deep and the snake is wide.

No, they can swim quite well, but they can also feel quite nervous. If you bath them its quite likly they will poo in the bath too. As yours are small I would bath them (if you choose to in the first place) in a washing up bowl.

if there small and you do it in the sink make sure you cover the over flow

id be quite horrified if my snake went down the over flow,
at least id know to be stright under the sink undoing the bowl thing
suppose it would get rather ill to if it ventured down the overflow!!

I put Frodo in the bath 48 hrs after a feed. He poos every time

lol ok brads. frodo is one sound snake :D Takeaway tubs.. argh hell no wish i didnt throw ours away I had loads!!!

Unhealthy but oh well :p
