this was my christmas present from my mum, Pliskin the corn
i know now that i shouldnt have fed him over the substrate like that without a paper towel or something, but it was the first time i fed him and i didnt know any better at the time!

'Tis a nice snake. Have you thought about covering the sides of the viv? because he's in what looks like a glass tank, it will feel very wide open for him. Bung something behind and on one or 2 sides of the viv to make it more closed in. I use tinfoil on 2 of my tanks, because it reflects the light and the other has weed-carpet on the back.

Yes, I would say Carolina (normal) too.
Plus you might be better putting something under the food when you feed the little mite so that he doesn't risk ingesting the substrate. A piece of paper would do |

yeah that was his first feed and i didnt know better at the time, hav been feeding over a kitchen roll for a while now |
