One of my stats has decided it doesnt want to suppy heat anymore. I have even put the temp probe into the cold water bowl for 10 mins, it did nothing. Any help?

(habistat mat stat)

Edit - The power light is on though

this also happened me and i found the problem was with the plug, the wire going into that needed just straightened out

One of ours has just done that- when did you get it?

You get a year's guarentee anyway, so if it's still current- get it swapped

I thought Habistat gave a 10 year guarantee.

Got it back today. The Probe was fine, the green LED had failed.

Good turnaround time from them though, especially as last month was only a 28 day month.

Out of curiosity did you only pay for the outgoing postage?
