welcome... do you have a corn yet or thinking about getting one? there are loads of helpful people on thi forum so if you have any questions then just ask...
a few point that would be good to consider are that temps should be controlled with a thermostat and be 85F at the warm end and 75F at the cool end... also provide hiding places at both ends so the snake can control his/her temp properly... aspen/repitle-carpet or paper are the best substrates... dont handle the snake for 48hrs after being fed... wash your hands before and after handling
and be aware that snakes are amazing at escaping so make sure the viv is secure!!! also corn snakes dont like the humidity to be too high as they can get respiratory infections...
To be fair tho this is all in the care sheet...
peace |

maybe try putting a layer of carpeting underneath the viv, not sure if it would work but it might be worth a try, have you asked the people next door if they could maybe keep the bass down a bit? |

A friend of mine had that problem but he was the one with the loud bass. His neighbour had enough of asking/telling him to turn it down every day. On the final occaision he came and turned it off with his sledge hammer . |

Write a polite letter, stating the issues you have. Provided it's polite and you state that copies of the letter have gone top environmental health And/Or their letting agent/landlord/housing association etc.
You'll be surprised how often that works. |
