I got this from a very informative care sheet (if I do say so myself)

Incubation
Female Corn Snakes will lay between 10 and 20 eggs, which will need to be incubated for between 55 and 65 days (6 to 8 weeks). Try to keep the eggs at a constant temperature of 26-29°C (79-85°F). Vermiculite is a good substrate to have inside the incubator as it will help keep the humidity levels correct.

the lower the incubation temperature the longer they'll take to hatch. that said, raising the temp to the maximum tolerance might make for a shorter incubation period BUT the hatchlings may be relatively small and not do as well.

Just to let you know if you are interested, my corn snake laid 13 eggs and I put them in my closet in a tupperware container with vermiculite and just a touch of water. In 70 day 10 eggs hatched and I had 10 little corns as healthy as can be, so I would think in an incubator that 55 to 65 days is about right as said already on here. Let us know when they hatch. How many do you have?

With having to purchase crickets and mealies regularly to feed froggy and beardies, i've got a lovely stock of them now.

Although my local rep place give 25p for each tub you return so every few weeks i get a box of crickets free when i bring back 6. woo

Hi Mikey

I'm new to the forum but might be able to offer a little advice here.
I'm in my third year of breeding and have found the following to have worked for me everytime.

Keep your eggs in a sealed container with a few small air holes (no wider than a thin knitting needle, use damp vermeculite as a substrate. Get yourself a digital themometer and hygrometer - temps need to be between 27 & 30 degrees, humidity as close to 100% as possible. To get these inside the box cut a small piece out of the lip of the box before you put the lid on, place wires through this, replace lid and fill any gaps with blutac. If you need to add moisture it's an idea to keep a spray bottle sat on the heatmat or in the incubator, so that you're adding water the same temp as the eggs - do not directly spray the eggs, cover with kitchen roll and spray around the eggs. One thing to remember is you need your egg box to be at these temps before you put your eggs in, don't put the eggs in then switch on the heat source or your eggs will cave in.

Regards
Lindy
