All snakes differ when it comes to feeding during shed, a vast majority wont eat. but a lot do.
I personally would say to offer one and see if it's taken.
Don't worry if it doesn't, imagine wearing trousers and a jumper that is far to tight, combined with a blindfold; you probably wouldn't feel like eating either.

As to the pinkys, what size is she? as in the thickness of her body?

she's probaly the same as a pinky or maybe a bit thicker,i only got her a couple of weeks ago and i was told to give her 1 pinky but she took it so easily and hardly noticed in her belly that i thought that i would start givig 2(which she had last week with no probs) for a few weeks then move up to fuzzies but just not sure how often to feed her.

Every 5-7 days is ok for a small snake.
I'd go for about every 5 while it's young, then maybe try a fuzzie in 3-4 weeks and see how she gets on.

Some do, my Sid will eat anything, at anytime!
Crunchy Nut does sometimes, other times doesn't.
Kelloggs wont even sniff one when he's in shed.
