got a log from outside... am i supposed 2 put it in the oven or sumin? its a bit damp .. its already in ther lol.. how long duz it need 2 b in there 4?

bout an hour at 140celcius i remember someoen saying, or put it in a bucket of 1-2% bleach solution

Take it out the tank asap - it might have evil bugs in/on it that could make your corn really sickly

A good cooking and removing the bark can get rid of nasties. Bleach works too.

Any I've got from outside - I strip and sand the bark off completely - Bleach/sterilize overnight, dry, then bake for an hour on a medium heat about 180degrees. You can never be too careful with the nasties

I usually got for 1 hour @ 100C or if its too big, soak in 5% bleach, rinse thoroughly and dry in the sun or next to a radiator.
