In any decent hobby snake book or corn snake book there will be info on how to incubate. I've never tried myself cos I only have 2 males. Or you could ask in the pet shop you bought your snake from.

half bury them in vermiculite, keep the humidity up and the temp stable
cornsnakes, ratsnakes, bullsnakes, boas and day geckos
