Hey all, as some of you might know i have a few problems with feeding my baby corn. Well last night i was going to try again, but when i got to his tank he was not there!! Not a clue how he got out :(
Well after searching this forum for advice i set a few traps and put a few water trays down for him, i was very upset when i got up this morning and all the traps empty. To make things worse my heating had broken so my house was cold.
Well around 5min ago i was walking around my lounge with a can of beer looking for him again, and who should i find half way up my open brick wall :D I slowly picked him up and placed him back in his tank and put the lid on tight this time :P The thing i was wanting to know is what do i do now? He felt very cold and must have been stressed out, so i made sure his tank is covered over so its nice and dark.
How long should i wait before i try and feed him after this break out?
And to all of you that have posted about lost corns i thank you for your help. |

thanks a lot, well he has moved onto the warm side of the tank so that must be a good thing. |

I bet he will stay there for a while. When he knows there is a warm spot to sit after his food he will start looking for dinner. |

He'll warm himself up on the heatmat, congrats on finding him so quickly! I'd give him some time to settle back in like matty says before trying a feed. |

Don't worry, there'll be no long-term damage. In a couple of days it'll be forgotten about |

I agree with everyone, he should be fine after a few days. I'd leave him to get settled a bit, then feed as normal.
We found our snake in the spin-cycle of the washing machine, so we thought the shock of that would've killed her- but she ate the next day and is fine now. If a snake can survive that, I'm sure a few nights in the cold won't hurt |
