Hi all - been testing some new things in the royal Python forum before we went live yesterday - all the updates have worked on there so I'll be adding some things on here.
To start you all off - I have added an active members view on the bottom of the forum home page so now you can see who... if anyone is online.
Will be making a few other changes today and we keep you informed - Hope you like!
Private message function set up - Click on the user name of the person you wish to contact - click email this user - now you can contact directly from the forum!
Lewy, the PM still gets sent and received as an email and not within the forum? But the email gets sent as a PM through your server, without the senders email opening up in a new window. That right?
That's correct mark - before it opened up your default email... which a lot of people never use and a lot don't even know how to change, It just makes it a little easier. Happy you like the active user thing, it took some programming to get such a simple thing sorted!
