Hi Lindsei,

My snake laid a second clutch a couple of weeks ago and the eggs were slightly smaller and the shell was more transparent with goosebumps all over it. I went back to look last night and the goosebumps have developed into star shapes! Anyway. my eggs are completely covered, whereas yours only looked as if you had a few on them? No idea if they'll hatch, but they are looking ok apart from the shell being more fragile.

Good Luck!

Not candled them yet as I am up to my eyes in the house move, however when I picked one up it was cold - is that normal?

it must have something to do with them being the second clutch coz my first ones were very white and smooth, where these lot have a kind of pinky tinge to them.

yours do have quite alot more than mine but still look healthy enough to me, not yellow or collapsing. Good luck n hope they all hatch for you

they still look like go-ers so are definitely worth candling, really you need to leave it a week or two after they've been laid to allow the veins n stuff to develope enough to be seen easily.
