the cricket might have burrowed in to your substrate.

was reading up and it maybe a idea to use feeding tongs to offer the crickets direct to each one to asses if they are eating.

she/he maybe just be liking the new warmth.

Yup dazb, you're right ;) We removed the uneated crickets yesterday and will try them again in a day or so. I know to feed them by hand but silly boyfriend had popped the crickets in before I got back the other day, so I thought we might as well see how it goes, alas with no success. They're drinking though! Jim was also out and about last night which was pleasing :)

1.0.0 miami x crimson corn snake (sirius)
0.2.0 leopard geckos (esma and gytha)
2.0.0 emperor scorpions (bebe and jim)
2.0.0 moggies (othello and tachikoma)

cb07 - male - corn snake
cb07 - male - red tailed boa
cb06 - female - salmon pink tarantula
wc - male-female - asian forest scorpions
indian stick insects
2 african land snails

soon to be mine-
4 red bellied toads or a emperor scorpion cant decide :P

I might in the future (i.e. when I have a corn snake). For now I'd like them to settle in a bit more. I'm going to try them again on crickets, and if they don't respond to that, mealworms or similar. They might just still be warming up and need something easier to digest. I've just got them a new heatmat because the one they came with seems a bit dodgy.
