Here are the pics of my rescued scorpions from the circus! (see non photographic thread)

I know their home is pretty small, but I'll be upgrading them to a bigger space soon :)

Before (when they arrived):

Clean!

After 1:

Jim:

Jim and BeBe:

After2:

The humidity has dropped sufficiently now, so all that condensation on the glass has gone and my hygrometer is resting on good numbers. It's also reached a pretty decent temperature in there. They don't seem to be too interested in food, but I'm not worried as I know they have eaten a bit in the last month, and BeBe looks a bit podgy..!

1.0.0 miami x crimson corn snake (sirius)
0.2.0 leopard geckos (esma and gytha)
2.0.0 emperor scorpions (bebe and jim)
2.0.0 moggies (othello and tachikoma)

Leyrielton2: BeBe is about 10cm, Jim is around 8cm (without tails of course!) I was surprised at how big they were!

Jim looks like he might have some damage to his tail - one segment looks a bit squished, pesumably due to something being dropped on him or a bad moult - he hides alot but doesn't do the scary 'back off mate' posture so I recon he's pretty relaxed in his new home. BeBe is super active! I think Jim is a bit scared of her too!

They seem fascinated by the bark shippings and keep making new piles and digging holes. Its very cute

OOOoooOOO We think BeBe had a cricket! We tried feeding them last night but to no immediate avail, so we left them a cricket each in the tank overnight to see if they'd go for them in private/the dark. One seems to be missing and BeBe is curled up in the warmest corner of the tank.. possibly digesting. Unless, of course, she just decided to sit on it :P I think we'll try Jim again in a couple of days...
