it will turn its self off at the right temp aslong as you have a stat |

its best to leave them on, the substrate temp needs to be as close to a constant as possible |

well the temp still has to stay between 28-30 if it falls below that you will have to leave it on we had to adjust the mats with the heat over the last few days the temps jumped
