Well I have to admit I am astounded. I been having trouble with habistat stats recently had a couple loose the plot which with insight now may have been caused by the way I was regulating and monitoring them and over the weekend the one on Xenas viv lost its heat light (although fortuneatly it was still heating the mat). I thought I was going to have trouble with this but after speaking to eurorep they arranged through my rep dealer to have a replacement dropped off tonight. Finally a manufacturer that gives a damn. Blimey! |

lol i think if something breaks it's most likely to be outside the warranty period, whether thats 12 months or 12 years lol  |

yeah, microclimate only offer a 12 month warranty compared to Habistat's 5 years........ |

no but alot of people have them all mine are an ive never had a problem but atleast i know i got 3-4 years left of warranty if i do compaired to the one microclimte i got that broke 14 months old |

Yeah which is fine if you have a spare you can use while the original is being repaired which I dont and they were sympathetic and arranged for a straight swap for a newun which shocked me.

habistat do stand by their warranties,you can always send them back to be fixed even if you dont have the receipt if you email them first |
