One thing still kind of confuses me...When cleaning out your glass tank/viv what are you supposed to clean it with? Is washing up liquid ok? ive heard people say to use weak disinfectant but am not sure what products would count. What product does everyone else use? |

my lil guy generally poops the day after feeding and then maybe a day or two after that.. i reckon he saves a bit to give me as a gift when i handle him but so far ive been pretty lucky lol |

I use either a bleach solution or milton, i know my local rep shop used milton to deep clean his Iggy room too. Whatever you use just make sure you rince it off with water and you'll be fine. |

Cheers for all the replies guys. Will be picking up my latest little snake (anery) either tomorrow or Thursday from local rep shop so i can have a look whilst im there if they have any of the stuff you guys recommend. thanks for the help :) |

As I only have a smal plactic tank i clean mine with washing up liqid, then rinse it in boiling water, before drying, Bam seems fine with it. |

na the one i use is called keep it clear lol! It's cheap! And yeah the factory shop are a chain of stores! But LOL just found they only have 5 stores and they are in my local area lol!

Is it ok to use washing up liquid like a small ammount and then mixed with loads of warm water to wash the viv out and then wipe down with hot water and dry with kitchen towel is that ok to do as im getting my snake tomorrow and i want to clean his viv before he goes in it. |

i would play it safe and just use stuff designed for reps.Beaphar beaclean or bephar deepclean or some thing simular,snake can be very sensitive. |
