Posted - 16/07/2009 : 12:42:53 it did I phoned tem up and they said as it was in the first year to take it back to the shop! He offerd a refund as he never had anymore in stock so I took it and bought one off ebay, was quicker than waiting for a replacement from the shop. New one should be here beginging of next week

Posted - 16/07/2009 : 12:21:54 no it was micro climate one, had 2 lightson it, one when it was on at the mains then one when it was on for the mat to heat up, one red light one green, red was power light and it just died yesterday! The bloke in the pet shop plugged it in and told me it was dead, he said could be a broken connection inside |
