Posted - 05/08/2013 : 18:29:58 Hi guys, I could really do with a little advice on handling Loki.
He has been feeding well and has had a perfect shed since being with me and the last week or so I have started handling him but he is very aggressive :(
He has tagged me once and strikes quite often. He's also very flighty :(
Could any of you advise me on how to calm him down and make him feel more comfortable with me?

Posted - 05/08/2013 : 19:22:44 Nothing to add to Herriotfans splendid post well,maybe they are all different and some can have 'interesting personalities'I have a Blue eyed Leucistic Rat snake-they are notorious for being 'orrid BUT mines as nice as a found fifty pound note By contrast I have a little corn snake that behaves like a cross between a Grumpy Retic and a Miffed mexican black King snake I know with time she'll slow up....until then I just giggle at her little tantrums Good luck with your little guy-I'm sure you'll be friends for life soon
