Posted - 29/05/2012 : 22:54:22 I too am wanting my first snake (well its my son's birthday but it will be mine!!!).
I am waiting on AC Snakes as they are hatch some soon and they are close to me.
But there is also Scales and tails http://www.scales-tails.co.uk/ in Wigston, Leicester that I have been to and was quite impressed with the staff at Pets at Home at Fosse Park Leicester
Hope it helps.
Cheers

Posted - 28/05/2012 : 20:24:03 I'd always recommend buying from a private breeder. The animals are cheaper and the breeders info can *generally* be trusted much more than that of a pet shop (although there are some fab shops out there). Also, breeders will usually have the parent animals to look at and handle, which is nice.
Ask around, see who in your area breeds, and go from there. |
