Posted - 30/04/2012 : 01:15:49 Do NOT use any Dettol products, diluted or otherwise, for use on any snake or reptile equipment. That was the reply I received from Customer Support on a query about using 'food/baby safe surface cleansers'.
Use a 10% diluted plain bleach solution for general disinfecting and cleaning until you can get a reptile safe disinfectant such as F10.
Leave the viv open and allow to dry completely and allow any fumes to disperse for at least 24 hours.
