Have a look at the caresheet on the home page of www.thecornsnake.co.uk your temperatures aren't hot enough.

the temps in the RUB is 24 degrees on the hot side, around 18-20 in the cool side. @darkkan3l i managed to feed her 2 pinkies today she took it down no problem!

just go in and nicely scoop them out, if its a hatchie you wont even feel the bite it will be more like a little headbutt if its a defensive strike. myst (my newest) done this to me when i startled her. they all take time to get used to you but as i said! you must be doing something right for it to eat! xD

they get defensive rather than angry, although you've had her a week she will still be settling in and getting to know you. i've had 8 nearly two months and the cheeky monkey gave me a tail rattle the other day as i accidentaly supprised him.

Tail rattling. S'ing up (when they get into strike position buy forming an s shape near there heads) if your Snake fed it is most likely to be happy! :D
