Posted - 22/09/2011 : 13:28:00 I am upgrading my vivs and wanted to install LED strips. Could anyone recommend a good place to purchase them? I was looking at ebay but could only find blue or the white lights without the power adaptor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Posted - 03/10/2011 : 21:11:52 Well I ordered a set of LEDs from ebay. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200653209883
I must say I am really impressed. I love the remote and although the white is more blue, it is easy to get it right by mixing the colours. Really pleased... Just need to get another 3 sets now and then I'm set |

well this arrived today and i think its perfect. its above the mesh in the lid and gives the tank a dim light effect

Posted - 28/09/2011 : 19:51:25 I got my LED lights from Wilkinsons for under £5 if I remember rightly, although I did have to buy batteries for them. They're fantastic! Bright and efficient. |

Posted - 22/09/2011 : 14:13:11 I got a couple of sets of these from IKEA after recommendations on this forum. Three pluggable strip sections so can fit any size of viv. Nice white light.
