Posted - 24/02/2011 : 00:05:57 You have yourself a perfectly normal stroppy baby snake. Give him a few days peace, (he may surprise you and turn blue) and give it another try, keep your movements around him slow but confident. |

Posted - 23/02/2011 : 23:19:41 As eeji said, don't worry about it. If anything I would consider it a sign of good health. |

Posted - 23/02/2011 : 22:18:32 Yes just leave him for a while, like Mort said above, maybe going into shed but you will notice if he does. I am sure you will get more advice too but if it were me I would leave the handling for 3/4 days and then try again. How long have you had him? |

Posted - 23/02/2011 : 22:12:19 How often have you tried to handle him? If you keep persisting day in and out he wont calm down, leave him be for a few days and then try again. |

Posted - 23/02/2011 : 22:04:51 How long has he been behaving in this way? It could be that he's going into shed perhaps. Has anything changed in regards to his set up? |
