Also can anyone recommend the best brand of disinfectant for the faun/viv??

Posted - 05/11/2010 : 20:13:15 Can't remember which way round it is, but bleaching and oven baking are very effective, and I think the bleach is 1 part bleach to 10 parts water?
So obviously bleach it, leave overnight, THOROUGH rinse, then oven cook at 100oC for a good hour or two but be very careful as rocks hold a lot of heat for a very long time. |

Thank you for this, they are quite big ones from the rockery - i don't mind pulling my garden apart for my snake! So I guess bleach scrub and bake!!
ooh I cant wait! |

Posted - 05/11/2010 : 14:19:43 we use trigene disinfectant and we have tamodine-e aswell
you can also soak in a 10% bleach solution overnight as previously posted but rinse it off well |
