Hi all
I was looking at Willow yesterday and there seems to be a bit of a gap between some of her scales.
The area is the dark patch just left of centre at the base of her head in the picture above.
there is a smaller patch in a similar position on the other side.
I think it may have been there a while, but I though I would ask. Sorry the pic is a bit fuzzy she doesn't do holding still!
Normal or get it checked out?

i thought the same as welshlamb, looks like scale pattern. i dont see anything of immediate concern from the picture but it may be different to see in person. If you feel its a concern, take to a vet. |

Looks like the pattern of the snake in my opinion. Doesn't look like anything to worry about. But can't really tell from the picture. If unsure seek a herp vet. |
