Hi is my new boy Sid a caramel/caramel motley?
There are sooo many morphs its a bit confusing he is my first corn.

Eeji - I heard masque can sometimes present itself without the head pattern (especially in one of the genders... forgot which one >.<). Do you know anything about that? |

masque is only masque if the grey head pattern is present too, not just the belly chequers. I can't tell the colours properly on my screen, but if the lighter colour is a definite yellow and not orange then caramel it is.
Can you post a pic of the top of the head please? |

Looks caramel if the colours are accurate in the first pic as the spots look yellow rather than orange - definitely not motley though with those belly chequers. As above though, the chequers are split so is masque :) |

If I had to guess I would say caramel, but as Moppet said, it's hard to tell when they're babbas; he could be normal
As for pattern, I would say not motley because he does have checkers on his belly, though those checkers don't really look entirely normal to me either - masque is possible? |

As above, what does his belly look like? If there are checkers then he's not a motley.
I think Caramels and Normals look very similar as hatchlings and to be honest I find it very hard to tell the difference when they're young. |
