Posted - 02/11/2011 : 15:20:12 Was cleaning out the tortoise's living quarters this afternoon. I put her on the rug on the floor for safe keeping and when I was done I couldn't find her! She had left the room and everything by the time I tracked her down lol. They can move with surprising efficiancy when they want to, considering she rarely moves in her box! |

You never know, it might catch on as a new sport.

Posted - 02/11/2011 : 15:51:33 They're surprising good climbers as well. One of my ex's parents' had some Horsefieldi tortoises, and they built an outdoor run for them; brick walls with grass and dandelions, and a few bushes for them to hide in. One of them climbed up the corner, and went missing for 2 weeks. |
