Nope, it is a normal motley, and a nice one too! I am going to order some food from TSM reptiles, they do very good prices on food, and have seen his stuff and its all good quality. £16 for 100 pinkies, hasnt been beaten yet from what i have seen!

Hi
Welcome to the forum.
So glad you are doing your research first. I foster for an animal sanctuary and have to 'deal with the outcome' when people realise they have chosen the wrong pet.
At least you will understand how important it is to have the temperatures correct breeding beardies.
I'm still waiting for my first corn snake. Need to persuade the rest of the family how much they WANT one!!
Lucky you.
Hope you make some good friends, no reason why you shouldn't, everyone is very friendly.

question 1 wheres the best place to order pinkies from on the net ive seen a few but is there a prefered place?
because the shop near me is well expensive for pinkies and they half the price if ordered off the net

You've come to the right place to pre-educate yourself before bringing your new family member home.[quote]Originally posted by egg80

Welcome, I will start by standing and saying this
' hi, I am mike, I have over 50 snakes, I can't help it, it just happens!'
I hold no responsibility for you buying loads of snakes and getting totally hooked!
;).
Just kidding, welcome fella, hope you stick with it and enjoy as much as we do.
You are doing the right thing by researching first, a lot of people don't think that far ahead! You will find loads of really useful info on here, I don't think you will find much conflicting stuff, just different opinions, a few have been keeping snakes for a while and have 'ways' sometimes the 'ways' are not totally by the book, but work.
You are in safe hands here for as long as you want to be.
