This is a stack of 3 vivs and a cupboard, each viv is individual and can house a different reptile in each viv without them coming into contact or seeing each other.

This is just multiple vivs stacked up on top of each other.

So we have a viv stack (the upper image) and a stack of vivs (lower image)

Yeh that's what I thought and it's why I have been put off getting one bigger viv than the rest :/

Thanks Kehhlyr!

I'm itching to order and build my stack of separate ones now.

That photo was taken well over a year ago now, I've got that entire wall filled with the vivs now.
On some of the dodgily stacked vivs I do notice a bit of difficulty with rubbing but I have a support section in the vivs which also helps with cleaning weirdly.
I shall try to explain a bit better and get some pics tomorrow.

That stack is SO easy to move anywhere, each individual 'viv' splits with a quick twist of a nice wooden lock thing.

Brilliant for transporting, especially if you had to go from Say Christchurch to Oxford then further...... you know who you are ;)

strange route for anybody to take, but does seem familiar,

if you decide to sell will you trade in black pudding square sausage and irn bru, with a side order of scotch pies

It could be done but kind of pointless if you ask me.

In fact the lower picture has the uppermost viv from the tip stack on top of the others.

That sounds really nice *_* why does nobody make these kind of vivs widely avaible with the whole locking system.

Do you find that it is hard to open your doors to you vivs? Some people seem to comaplain about this a lot when having seperate vivs stacked ontop of each other and another common problem seems to be the wood warping especially if thye vivs stacked intop of each other arn't the same size. Maybe theres were bad quality vivs though.

I believe from a previous thread it was originally a cabinet which he picked up from the tip or somewhere similar. I'll see if i can find the thread but i can't remember wether it was on here or the reptilian.

I would've chose the cupboard right at the bottom, but seeing as that stack only cost me 10 squids last year, I wasn't gonna be fussy.
LittleMick Posted - 11/05/2010 : 00:06:12
I like the viv stack in the first image, although I would probably have the cupboards at the top, as I am a short a£$% I would need decent access to the herps
