Posted - 09/05/2010 : 11:35:44 i was looking in my woods yesterday and i saw a great looking piece of wood so i brought it home to put in my viv and the same with a bit of driftwood from the beach, so i wondered if my snake would get any parasites off them and how could i make them safe to put in my viv?lol. |

You do need to be careful about what wood you do put in as some it toxic to snakes, as mentioned in the link you were given.

Posted - 09/05/2010 : 12:17:15 I wouldn't put them straight in the viv as yes it could give parasites. But just follow the guide that Gmac gave and they'll be fine.
I've looked around for a branch for when i get my boa to put in his RUB but can't seem to find any half descent ones :( |
