Posted - 09/04/2010 : 04:16:09 That is awful to hear....that poor snake really came to a 'sticky ending' (sorry, had to get in there before Kehhlyr did!). But I am being serious....what an awful way for that snake to die, exhausted and caught on double sided sticky tape .
I wonder how the cobra escaped? If it was the owner's fault then I am afraid that he deserves all that cost! He should have been more careful, especially considering the fact that it was a venomous snake.
Can you imagine the panic that would cause in this country considering the reaction to the escaped MBK near Hiper !!
This quote did make me smile though - "Everything has had a happy end," a spokesman for the town of Muelheim in western Germany said. "Not for the snake but for us.".....am not sure the owner felt it was a happy ending!

I guess it is easier to keep venemous snakes over in Germany. |
