Posted - 17/07/2013 : 18:08:02 Hi as some of you may have read in an earlier post I had a piece of glass shatter in my brand new vivarium. I gave up on the manufacturer and supplier and got a replacement piece of glass locally. After waiting over a week for the glass to be toughened I finally got my glass back today. Guess what, it's 4 mm too small. Can't be asked to take it back so can anyone give me any ideas for putting something in the bottom runner to lift the glass up. Thanks. |

What vivarium is it? If its the lx35 glass I have a spare pane which I could send you if you pay postage.

Posted - 17/07/2013 : 18:43:18 I could but the problem I've got is that the other piece of glass is a perfect fit. If I fit something under the runner it would probably make the original piece too tight. |
