Oh boy am I chuffed with myself.
I've had a few health issues that have meant I gained a lot of weight. Cut a long story short, I've lost two and a half stones!!
I'm almost back to my 'normal' size....
I've also managed to get back to my old exercise routines which I thought would be almost impossible.
Sorry to bore you with such trivia but it's a big deal to me and I wanted to share.....

Have you tried swimming? It may be easier on your back. Pilates is a good one to help strengthen the core too which may help with your back in the long term.

Well done,I'm not surprised you're feeling so proud of yourself.
Glad to hear you're on the up (not weight wise of course!)

well done! This time last year I had a personal trainer at my local gym, but after 12 weeks of healthy diet and regular exercise I still only lost a few pounds instead of the 2 or 3 stone I expected! So I gave up and went back to being a lardy lazybones. Guess some of us just aren't built to be slim and fit! lol

But well done you and yes you should be proper proud. Keep it up!
